Only real downside not much room to grow

Pay, benefits, travel and meeting Physicians and staff

No buy in from management for growth. No encouragement to work with other departments to foster a team. No response when bringing up issues. A culture where people who are favored can do no wrong. People being put in management jobs with no training and no responsibility for their own weaknesses.
