      Pros

      Gave a great package to make leaving easier. Lots of great opportunities in other groups in the company. Global in scope. Great facilities.

      Cons

      Bought a Division to destroy it. Sat around for months with no real plan for next steps. Always a problem with new Divisions being folded in, but it wasn't like the sale hadn't been in the works for several years to hit the ground running when it was completed...

      Lenovo certainly is not in the business of hurting itself. Our intention was to buy the x86 business to make it more successful. It takes time to transform any acquisition into a success.
