Can be fairly stressful at times, but this is to be expected and is nothing unusual, especially when dealing with financial texts.

They pay you - not much else to say.

There is no love in this company. They are out to make money and nothing more. You, as an employee, are nothing more than a number. Don't expect to be allowed holiday when you want, they will manipulate any request you make and do everything in their power to deny you. There is no opportunity for career progression. They expect everything and give nothing. If you are hard working and don't want a warm, friendly work atmosphere then this is the right company, otherwise avoid at all costs.
