- good benefits with union-like agreement - lots of cultural representation - most employees are driven by acquiring knowledge - possible to form unique roles and take on more responsibility if you can sell the idea

- currently in the process of being sold to Clar Global and the future direction is unknown, although promised not to change - office feels a bit small for all the people on the at-office days and navigating the rest of the building is a pain in the behind if you need to get to a meeting room elsewhere
