      Great team Fun and friendly working environment Accepting and understanding leaders who are inspiring role models and amazing educators Leaders in their field part taking in some of the major improvements and changes within communities and greater

      Cons

      As an undergraduate the whole aspect of working for a leading construction company and seeing so many major contributors to a project is quite daunting in some regards.

      Benefits and PTO, wellness days, health incentives and many of the well being benefits were great from what other corporate jobs offered at the time.

      Cons

      Seems like the Americas region is dwindling for pipeline and only a few of the business units were promoting from within … seems like you need an Australian accent to go far
