The Springboard programme where you can visit Tasmania for a week to focus on personal development is open to all employees who have been employed for more than 2 years. The company offers up to 4 extra Wellbeing Days per annum to all employees who are actively encouraged by leadership to take these days to focus on personal health and wellbeing.
