The pros are very limited. Remote work is available if you are located outside 30 miles from the corporate office.
Cons
Executive management is nonexistent. There is no leadership.
Department Managers are not proactive and do not understand their staff.
Departments are siloed and tend to fight with each other.
No salary increases in the last 4 years.
Claim to support Work/Life Balance, but when the reduction in staff, the expectation for those remaining is to do the extra work; removing that work/life balance.
