      Decent pay. That's about it.

      Cons

      I can honestly say LTK is the single worst employer I have ever had the misfortune of working for. Toxic employees and culture, CEO with obsessive micromanagement, "work life balance" is complete lip service as any perk has a gotcha attached to it, and their very creative method of billing customers is unethical at best.

      Pros

      Leadership is great, some of the best leadership in my career and extremely knowledgeable individuals. The CEO truly cares about his employees and promotes work life balance.

      Cons

      You have to be very experienced in the industry and very knowledgeable in their products because it’s fast pace but the team is there to assist.
