Pros
1. The initial salary is attractive. 2. That's the sole aspect that comes to mind.
Cons
Initially, the most challenging aspect of the company revolves around its management. When referring to management, it boils down to a single individual who holds all the decision-making power—the CEO himself. I worked at this company for a little over 4 years, and I can honestly say that the following review is based on my personal experience. After three years of employment, I was promoted to the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME). Towards the end of the fourth year, we had a crucial meeting with a client from the US to discuss a new project. During a round table conference involving senior staff and management, we had an open discussion, and I honestly pointed out some pain points regarding the new project and the challenges in streamlining the sales process. Surprisingly, shortly after this meeting, I was terminated from my position. The reason they provided was quite laughable; they accused me of having a negative mindset and being resistant to change within the company. According to them, I might have even influenced other employees with a "can't do" attitude. It was distressing to receive my relieving letter and see that they denied ever promoting me to an SME; instead, they downgraded my designation to a senior associate. This whole experience left me feeling that I wasted four years of my life for nothing.
