Telecom support industry is unstable- increase chance for lay off Positions can be outsourced overseas 24/7 operations for tier support positions which leads to weekend, holiday and night shift work No opportunities for certifications or schooling within positions

good for the guys who love travelling, their project are around the world

Cons

small salary compare to others, no career growth, same position for 6 years, difficult to find new projects

Pros

They provide good enough allowance. The tasks help to develop not only technical skills but also soft skills.

Cons

There is no coordination among the different departments such as Survey and Design, Wi-Fi Implementation and NOC. Bosses always shouts and when an employee makes mistake they are humiliated in front of his/her co-workers.
