Every day, Leiters has not failed to conjure up another reason for its employee (especially QC techs) to quit. We just started 2026, and they have record revenue and profits, and yet they planned to cram all of 10 or so QC techs from all shifts in one desk. Talk about cutting corners.
We shared desks before, which to be frank, for a company this size, I don't think should be an issue anymore. But taking our desks and giving them to another department (which has a lot of outside consultants) is a bit too much.
Supplies are slow to be restocked and improvements are not tolerated because they're expensive (seriously, what happened to so the record revenue quarter after quarter?).
No wonder this company has a lot of turnovers.
