Pros
Pretty laid back work environment.
Cons
As other employees have stated the restructuring and sub-contracting of certain departments has lead to layoffs and firings of good employees. They have billboards posted everywhere stating "Your job search is over" come to Leidos etc, yet they are getting rid of multiple employees with several years of experience. Last but not least the company has several positions that require a security clearances but seem not to sponsor its own internal employees or very few.
