Pros
Good management at the Group level and below. Most employees are hard working and friendly. The work itself can be interesting and challenging. Decent compensation/salary. Flexibility with work hours/work from home days depending on your manager, which is a plus.
Cons
Since the split of the company, upper management/corporate decision making has been woefully short sighted and reactionary. The decision maker's focus seems to be exclusively on quarterly growth and profit, which has led to layoffs and a general sense of "every person for themselves." Increasing workloads without commiserate pay increases or promotions with no end in sight. Many people in the company expect you to be available 24/7. Health insurance is terrible, but some other parts of the compensation package are good.
