Dysfunctional reorganizations hinder collaboration and growth - Senior Director Leidos Employee Review

Current reorganizations are dysfunctional. No real strategy behind them. Appears more about packaging units to divest rather than growing the business. The current CEO has a take it or leave attitude - accept what I devise with no questions asked, else the door to leave is always there. The drastic stock price dive since Dec/Jan shows that there is no real business strategy behind Northstar 2030. Business strategy has not been led by the many businesses that make up Leidos.
