Pros
Colleagues are nice people as friends outside of work, however the higher management aren’t. They are just there to reprimand their subordinates about a problem which they know it’s there and act or plan nothing about it. Something good I could takeaway from the experience with this organisation would be the ability to produce something out of nothing, which works and logical enough to survive in a messy management system. In addition, extreme immunity to the word “manual”. You will never feel the same again, or you might even laugh your heads off, when people complain a small/easy task being “manual” to them after working here.
Cons
Everyday is like a merry-go-round and finding who to blame instead of gathering brains and correct the system, which is the root cause of ALL problems. Lack of understanding and empathy from the higher ups, and everyone just take it as it is, brushing problems away and saying “that’s life, just live with it”, afraid of “I don’t know what donkey reason” to voice out their opinions. In summary, there’s just no solid management system to keep all employees in check in what is supposed to be done or not to be done. Rules and workflows are for show on paper, and people just do shortcuts and sweep their actions under the carpet till things blow up all at once and start the panic attacks. If you’re just in for the monthly salary and doesn’t care about your goals and passions in life or for the healthcare/medical industry, perfectly all right with a mundane lifestyle, surrounded by people that are OK with ending the day without doing any productive progress in making life easier and better, then go ahead and join. Else, stay away, you have been warned.
