Pros
None considering the work conditions make the work itself insecure. You can’t trust you will have a job from week to week.
Cons
From day one my training was insufficient. I repeatedly asked for more training and did not receive it until I reported the conditions under which I worked to HR. My manager repeatedly singled me out to criticize my work with no suggestions on how to improve. Management constantly badgered me and others to meet quota but never gave suggestions on how to do that. I had one manager tell me they didn’t know how to help me improve my numbers and just continued to complain. After going to HR I was finally given more training. My numbers improved. I had a meeting with my manager and was told I was doing a great job. Keep u the good work. The next day I was called in and terminated without warning. As a minority I always felt unwelcome from day one. There were members of management and HR that tried to be helpful but for the most part the culture there was negative.
