Managers and coworkers make sure you’re doing well and help fix problems. Super helpful when I was newer and learning. We can wear earbuds while we work and have free coffee and fruit

I really enjoyed the actual work of preserving families' memories, but inept management made giving those memories the time, care, and attention they deserved impossible.

I have never worked for a company with so much disdain for it's employees. Job security was non-existent, quotas were unreasonable and constantly changing, most of the equipment was broken or on it's last leg, you were rarely set up to succeed, and communication was sorely lacking. Morale was abysmal.
