Pros
Benefits and environment are great.... a really fun group to work for and with. Pre-Covid the in-office time was always a good mix of work and fun and they've done a great job of maintaining that culture even though we're remote. Nobody in management or otherwise thinks that working from home means we're getting less done or that we shouldn't take time off.... Lots of really smart people doing great work. The industry we serve can be slow to adapt to new things.... so the rewarding part of seeing the product really breakthrough and get traction is not immediate (but it rarely is). The marketing efforts and direction that we are pushing feels right.... management does a good job of keeping us up to date on where the industry is going.
Cons
Nothing I can think of.
