seldom need to work overtime, friendly colleagues, exposure to different country process

- poor management, they plan to remove the software using for past 20 years with a worse and more expensive software - no career progression, same salary increment which equivalent to almost nothing (not even enough to cover inflation) - plenty of stupid people - need to travel - extreme cut costs, wait people resign and never hire (team from 7ppl to 2 ppl), but expect same performance - want progress but not willing to invest to improve **don't join especially as a software engineer, only join if plan to retire here
