      Pros

      After working for LeeSar for 10 months I have nothing but good things to say. Work environment is like family. Among the many benefits for a part-time 20 hour a week employee are personal time off, retirement plan and flexible scheduling. The company also has special events throughout the year for employees. The hourly rate is competitive.

      Underpaid relative to positions at local hospitals and retail. Hours arent for everyone, 5:30a to 2p
