Micro managing, forced to take abuse from customers and if you hang up on a customer abusing you, you're penalized for it

Pros

Great team culture, supportive management, learning opportunities, work-life balance and meaningful work.

Cons

Occasional busy periods. But nothing out of the ordinary for a growing company.

Pros

Company maintains a sense of family despite rapid growth. Gives back to the community and has many resources for employees. Growth in all 5 business units.

Cons

Safety Director does not leverage expertise and experience to assist in deduction making. "It's not your place." High rate of turnover in this position. Long term employees are nearly untouchable despite lackluster performance. Leaders can be disconnected from regional offices.
