      Pay is good, Friendly working environment Overall atmosphere is good due to the dynamics between employees

      Cons

      Many employes left because they never did what they were hire for. Bad management in the Sales and app engineer department. Bad training, almost no tools Knowledge transfer philosophie need to me improved
