Pros

- Good and supportive immediate colleagues and managers - Corporate culture is casual, easy to communicate with senior management team - Standard health, dental, medical packages and RRSP matching like other big GC’s - Opportunity to work in various interesting projects

Cons

- Pay discrimination is evident and sadly this practice is supported by upper management - Upper management appears to be out of touch from site operations - Safety and quality are often emphasized but upper management only care about profits - long hours of work - hard work and initiative are not rewarded unless you are in the hockey team - Lack of transparency in terms of salary and promotion requirements
