      Pros

      The Salt Lake City office is full of good, fun guys. Work hard, play hard. Great managers in Utah. Fully stocked kitchen.

      Cons

      Major growing pains, struggling with the transition from a start-up to an established tech firm. Top-level management don't agree on issues, which makes for inconsistency and inefficiency for the lower levels.

      There have been few companies that have put together a better team in both locations. The people make this job worth it.

      There is little training, little to no advancement opportunities, little in terms of retirement.
