Sometimes it can still be challenging to separate work and personal life when working from home. Technology issues or connectivity problems can occasionally disrupt workflow. Onboarding process for remote employees could be more engaging but management have acknowledged and have been working on this

Remote working. And that's it.

Worst senior leadership team I've ever worked with. Rudimentary induction, and zero on-going support. Toxic line management. Long term strategy changes with the weather. Weak and ineffective leadership. "Us and them" culture - no inclusion or engagement with employees. Failure to recognise and utilise the skills and talents of employees. High staff turnover - good people join LWG, and then leave within 2 years due to all the above.
