Definitely NOT the best - Behavior Tutor Learning Solutions Kids Employee Review

Horrible pay, especially for the work involved. Disorganized office staff, never return emails, phone calls, etc... Don't care about employees, just need us to fill in spaces. NO TRAINING! VERY LOW HOURS, and VERY LOW PAY. I was told I would get 30+ hours when I was hired, 6 months later and I still only get 15 hours per week and have asked several times. Only $11 per hour and I have my Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years experience. Office staff and some supervisors are extremely rude. No support. Constantly being checked up on by consultants and supervisors during shifts, making it awkward and intimidating.
