      LCG is a great place to work with other positive and innovational like minded peers who place the learner and colleagues at the heart of everything we do. LCG are keen to invest in your development and go the extra mile to ensure that your wellbeing is priority with great recognition and staff benefits. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else due to the culture within the business that has been created by the staff. Couldn't be happier and would highly recommend working at LCG.

      Cons

      Can be fast paced at times but this keeps you working at the top of your game and at the forefront of standards.

What's exciting to know is that you will have been a part of the fantastic journey we've been on over the last four years as we have grown into one of the UK's largest and most passionate providers. Culture is a big part of what makes LCG so fantastic and thats largely in part due to the fantastic people, like yourself, that we employ.       The pace of the organisation can be very fast, which may feel demanding at times. Communication between different departments could occasionally be more consistent to ensure everyone stays aligned.
