Pros

- "Flexible" work hours, if you consider working all the time flexible. - On-time payment, is a rare silver lining in a stormy cloud. - Remote work, which is great because you can overwork from the comfort of your home. - "Professional" colleagues, as long as professionalism includes ignoring emails and sudden dismissals.

Cons

Cons: - Unreasonable workload with unrealistic deadlines. Expect to complete a month's work in a week. - Micromanagement at its finest. They'll make sure you're overburdened every minute. - Zero job security. Any day could be your last, and you won't see it coming. - Poor communication. They might remove you from all platforms without a word. - Dishonest work ethic. Promises of long-term projects can evaporate overnight. - No feedback. You'll be left guessing what you did wrong. - Below-standard leave policy. Don't plan on taking a break anytime soon.

Pros

A lot of growth maybe but with lots of pressure

Cons

There is an extremely high workload, and even after working full days, seniors are never satisfied. There is little to no appreciation for the effort employees put in. The work culture feels demotivating rather than encouraging. We were hired under Learners.ai but later assigned to Workabot.ai, which has almost no visible market presence. It feels like working for a company that barely exists, which raises concerns about transparency and long-term growth. The hiring process was misleading. Candidates were hired as Data Science Interns, but the actual tasks had little to nothing to do with data science. The job description did not match the responsibilities given. There are also regular salary deductions. Time tracking is extremely strict, with heavy monitoring and micromanagement. Instead of focusing on productivity and learning, the environment feels overly controlled. Overall, the experience lacked transparency, growth opportunities, and professional respect.
