Pros

Leapwork consistently goes above and beyond to ensure its employees are well-compensated and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The salary structure is competitive and reviewed regularly, reflecting a commitment to fair and rewarding compensation. One of the standout aspects of working at Leapwork is the strong emphasis on work-life balance. Flexible working arrangements, including the option for remote work, are offered, and managers are supportive and understanding of personal and family commitments. This creates a positive and supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected. The company's commitment to employee well-being extends beyond benefits and extends into a healthy work culture, where growth and development opportunities are encouraged, and open communication is the norm. This makes Leapwork not just a great place to work, but a place where employees can truly thrive personally and professionally.

Pros

1. Remote 2. Offshore oppurtunity

Cons

1. Worst kind of work being EM, cross functional work is impossible to achieve as people put their ego first. 2. You can't get the work done 3. Talented and Intelligent people leave or they become scapegoats and are unfortunately fired. 4. HRs play safe just hang around with leadership and do hire and fire job, safest job in the company is the India HR department. No change from past many years. 5. CX director don't do anything themselves and put pressure on their team members, and during appraisal, does favoritism and biases.
