      Pros

      The pay is above what other places are paying in the area, and they have commission on top of that. And part of the job includes discounts on parts (10% above cost I believe). And they also give each guy their own bay to repair boats in, which is really nice.

      Cons

      The busy season gets really busy, but the pay reflects the increase.
