Pros
Lots of great people who do what they can to help each other. Fairly good autonomy to do the job. Direct manager is a great value add. Healthy growth in the company with the right amount of value add in many places.
Cons
Monday morning meetings are too much like a lecture. They really don't need to be weekly, bi-weekly would be more appropriate. Compensation should be increased and to truly grow to a 100 million dollar company, employees should have a profit sharing option. We are getting caught up again on too much data and measure activity and not end results.
