Pros

Trying to think of any. Free snacks

Cons

This is the worst job anyone could ever have. Management is unqualified. CEO is narcissistic. Red flags all around. Constant revolving door of employees that they can’t even afford to pay.

Hi readers. There does seem to be a bit of a trend here. (1) Pros: Since the author did not provide any, I'll go ahead and do it for them. Yes, free snacks and drinks are a perk. In addition, we offer 35 paid days off in your first year. This includes a Christmas Break and a Spring Break. In addition, we offer a Matching 401K, Flex Time, 12 full weeks of Family Leave, a $1,000.00 Fitness stipend and full health benefits. As far as Red Flags, notice the author did not provide any of those. There is also not a revolving door. The last few employees we lost, simply weren't a good fit for our company, like the author of this article. Since the author left, we were very fortunate to bring on a tenured BD Executive with many years of experience. He was the person we were looking for and we are very grateful!

Pros

LeadVision has amazing company culture with a great support network across all divisions. The training is very thorough and is designed to ensure you understand all aspects of the job before being put in front of potential clients, they set you up for success very well. Colleagues are always willing to lend a hand, making the day to day very collaborative, you never feel “you’re on your own”. The leadership from CEO to upper management genuinely care about the employees and highlight a respectful workplace, you’ll never feel you’re less than. There is a high level of trust, with flexibility in hours that allows you to handle any personal matters you need to tend to. The PTO is very generous and encourages a healthy work life balance.

Cons

The role involves a high volume of calling per day, which can be pretty demanding (the company is very upfront about this). There is also a significant amount of backend account management required to maintain and retain clients long term.
