Always under staffed on drivers because of poor pay scale and forced "On Call" overtime. Be prepared for your home life to revolve around the on call overtime 2 to 5 days a week.

Pros

Company cares about its employees. Good communication and everyone seems to get along really well. Growing company so a lot of open jobs right now

Cons

Because the company is growing fast there are times when overtime is mandatory. Also warehouse is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. But hey, it IS a warehouse.
