Upper management on the other hand are lazy & uncaring they don't research their employee's skills or knowledge that they lay off! Upper management just takes the word of the middle management that should have never even been in their position to begin with and also listening to people that have no business in deciding who should be employed with the company because she dislikes the person or persons who work there. Some of the long term employees were committed and actually cared about the company that had been dismissed. In the last 2 years there has been a huge turn over. We seen a lot of good employees by being laid off or just quit due to past & current upper management's failure! No harassment, discrimination, anti-nepotism and open door policy is a joke!
