      Pros

      There were a lot of pros before the prior CEO (John North) ran the company into the ground. The only “pro” now is North is gone. The entire Board of Directors and North should be held accountable for mismanagement.

      Cons

      The company is being acquired so hopefully all of the cons imaginable will be behind us.

      Salary is fair. Management is transparent. It feels like a small mom and pop company but it’s a nationwide company.

      I have no cons to speak of. I loved my job and only left due to relocation.
