Bbq lunch 2-3 times a year Health insurance (very high deductible though)
Cons
Owner constantly hovering over shop employees. Lots of gas lighting. Poor leadership and organization. Ship dates always late. Training program virtually non existent. Blatant favoritism. Will fight employees on raises. It's not uncommon for someone to work there for 6 years without a raise. No opportunity to advance.
