- Its a small team so you respond to owner and the owner is kind - You get a chance and leadership will drop what they are doing to help you - You learn a lot and they will support you financially

- Supervisor above you will judge you a lot and not necessarily the owner, the owner is patient and kind all the way - Supervisor will get out of their way to judge you and report you negatively - Watch out for backdoor politics. It's a small team with less funding so its either your supervisor wants to keep his job or you keep yours. They may use you as a cushion!
