Pros
Transparency with weekly updates on different aspects of the company, flexible schedule (mine is, but not every position is), interesting work, people are collaborative, competitive pay, fun environment (sometimes we have friendly competitions, prizes, etc.), work from home, the vision for the company is easy to get behind
Cons
A few times I've encountered ambiguity in goals and expectations that were frustrating to me, as a contractor/freelancer, I don't have PTO or benefits
