Pros

Working a school schedule is nice with holidays and random days off, plus there is an opportunity to network with school districts for future job opportunities.

Cons

Everyone in management seems to be on different pages with rules and expectations, plus there is a lot of drama and inexperience in some of the supervisors. If you are not personally close with your supervisor, what you need support with will likely be ignored or dismissed, there is a lot of micromanaging and punitive measures taken if someone is having a bad day. Supervisors will talk about other staff's disciplinary issues with you.
