Everything about this company I drove over to latta corp got hired immediately and went to a training session. On day 2 diem (manager) told me I would be going out to the field and work I agreed. I waiting in the training room for 2 hours until someone came (I'm assuming remembered) I exsisted. They then asked me if I had a car. I said yes. Then they said (not even ask) to start the car as we were going to go to ladner for door to door sales ridiculous!! I bring shy agreed, let 4 random men sit in my car wasn't introduced to them and drive all the way to Ladner (this was the company's responsibility to provide a company car for travel not a new employee) once I got there I was assigned a trainer and told to start commision based sales. THERES NO HOURLY WAGE!!! They advertised a 4K monthly income with no further detail it's all commision based so basically if you went out for 8 hours and had no sale you have wasted your time !
