Pros

I crashed by brain - but I could not think of anything. Whether I would recommend this to a friend? Definitely not. I would strongly recommend it to all my enemies though. They may make you a work visa (however they will reduce the amount of money paid to the attorney and immigration services from your salary). And then, when you leave the company because your life there is miserable beyond any reasonable boundaries, they will ask you for the money they paid. FYI, this is illegal. Immigration Law is very clear about that.

Cons

They simply bully people - that's the story. Most of their practices are illegal, and people should start filing complaints within the DOL. I am currently drafting one that I will present next month. Management is out of control. They may not have realized yet that slavery finished with Lincoln but yes, it did. The CEO has the same experience in running a company my little brother has. Well, to be honest, probably my little brother has a little bit more - he is already 10. They will send you to Latin America to some of the conferences they organize. They will try to ship you inside a shoe box, but it that does not work they will just buy a ticket for you in coach with layover in Singapore. So pretty much you will do something like Chile - Singapore - New York. It will be approximately a 200 hour flight. After the flight go straight to the office without taking a shower or you will get fired. The CFO is at the same time the HR Manager. One day he takes care of accounts receivable next day he interviews associates.

Pros

Diverse place with people from all over the world, young and energetic, and absolutely fair if you work hard. If you learn about the asset class these events represent, the name of the company definitely stands out within the finance industry. This was a life changing experience for me, and it was absolutely key for my success in the private equity industry. I admire the founders, and up to date, stay in touch with them. Their Inc. 5000 award was well deserved!

Cons

Could spend a little more time training their sales associates, that would definitely boost sales, and therefore bonuses for everyone.

Pros

Latin Markets was the first internship during college and I worked with them for 10 months. - Working environment is supporting to staff. People are nice, very friendly and come from diverse backgrounds all over the world. I felt like people at Latin Markets are my second family. It was fun to work there. I loved to work with them and contribute to the company. The manager was readily available for questions or concerns. I would work there again given the chance. - There were so many opportunities to gain new experience and skills in business field, working at Latin Markets. For 10 months, I had experienced a lot of valuable things; more than I would have ever imagined. I attended the conference such as Investors forum and CPI, which was held by Latin Markets. I had chances to meet and talk to financial professionals and experienced something that can't be bought with money. Also, you can expand your professional network. - Coworkers shared their sales goals and made a great effort to accomplish the company’s goal. When I was at Latin Markets, everyone worked only half day in the third quarter because we reached the second quarter’s goal. It was great to work by noon in the summer time. It motivated employees to work more efficiently.

Cons

Most people at Latin Markets are working very hard and they are passionate. Also, it's a fast growing company. So, you need a strong work ethics.
