Pros
Working for a medical co. that places patient care and customer service first is a breath of fresh air. This company is ran and led by a man with immense passion to provide the best patient care experience in the lasik eye care market. Proud to be apart of such a great organization and last but not least there's tons of room and opportunity for career growth.
Cons
The starting pay could be better but the incentives make up for it in the long run I guess and you have to request time off 3 months in advance.
