-Terrible work environment -Terrible terrible management -Treated as a number and not a person -Advertised to be able to make more money than you actually can -The only opportunity for growth doesn’t come with a pay raise -There are no incentives to grow in the company (if you become a lead you most likely will loose money) -Favoritism -Nepotism -lack of training -unrealistic expectations -Never listen to employees
