Pros

working at Laserfiche has been a fantastic experience. I'm not even kidding. From the moment I started, everyone was just so helpful and the whole team is super collaborative. The work itself is challenging, but in a good way, and it feels like what we do actually makes a difference for our customers. If you're looking for a good company that's smart and actually cares about its employees, you should totally check out Laserfiche.

Cons

Things change fast and project shift midflight because technology changes. You got to be adaptable and ready to change or be completely disappointed. Work loads can vary greatly. There is a heavy focus on security. Sometimes you have to work on legacy systems.

Pros

The workplace culture is supportive, with friendly and helpful coworkers. Managers offer the autonomy needed to complete tasks efficiently. The company is highly flexible and remains committed to its values as a privately owned business. Its product is among the best in the market and continues to improve. Although the culture has evolved since the shift to remote work during COVID and the subsequent return to the office, it remains one of the better places to work.

Cons

Adjusting to cultural changes after the transition back to the office may pose challenges for some.

Pros

Building has an air conditioner and clean bathrooms

Cons

If you're looking to make money or experience substantial career growth, I don't recommend working here. Karl Chan is CEO largely because he has been at the company since the beginning, not because of vision. His internally written articles on the InsidePage tend to state the obvious rather than offer real strategic direction, and his background suggests he would have been better suited remaining in engineering. The broader executive team, including John M., Josep, and Anna, appears more focused on maintaining the status quo than driving innovation. There is little evidence of bold thinking or meaningful product or market evolution coming from leadership.
