Pros
Free LHR
You get free products IF they are expired.
Lots of clientele for LHR techs only.
Cons
Shady. Shady. Shady. Place is being ran by a 20 year old college student who has no experience, education or background in aesthetics or spas. The pay is so bad. Which is why it is convenient for them to hire a college student and 20 year olds to manage and run the Denver and Loveland spa because they pay almost the minimum wage. Can you imagine what they’ll pay an employee with knowledge and experience?
Manager is hardly ever in either location and when she is, she micromanages everything and gossips about every employee that is not in her circle. Lots of drama and shady things happening in this spa.
Favoritism plays a big role.
Tips and commission go missing very frequently and when brought up to management, your comment gets dismissed and you get shunned by the girls.
Very cliquey team. Manager (being 20 years old, of course) creates a hostile environment once you speak out about something going wrong or missing. Refuses to hire more help to avoid anyone catching their shady behaviors. Super high turnover rates and very very low clientele (except for LHR) maybe 1-2 a day and yes, you still have to come to work for 2 clients but if you don’t have clients you are expected to deep clean the spa to earn your hours or else they aren’t guaranteed and are taken away behind your back. Hours earned on the job are based on how much cleaning you do and how well you do it, is based on if you earn your commission off your sales or not. Even though contracts say differently. One of the locations has already gone bankrupt so what is expected for the rest of the locations?
Don’t risk it. The location is even in a sketchy area and the place is infested with roaches and rats. Run.
