      Diverse practice areas to work in. Support staff are friendly.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity and women among attorneys. Seems to be a starting point for many new attorneys - but move on due to salary or other reasons.

      Pros

      Opportunities for a hybrid schedule. Depending on who you are and how much experience you have.

      Cons

      If you are not a more seasoned LAA this is not the place for you. There is very little to no mentorship, so hopefully you know what you're doing. Whether you're hired or fired is dependent on one person (HR). There isn't really a whole lot of diversity here. Also, there was no team building, group outings with attorneys to get to know them. It almost felt like you were less than you are as a person if you weren't an attorney.
