Pros

The work is fairly easy, Downtime can be used to complete homework, good part time job but dont get too invested, mostly great customers

Cons

So many, there is no organization with this company, they are NOT loyal to their employees, very unprofessional, coworkers skip work with no warning so you may end up working more than what you bargained for, the tips are not consistently good, some customers can be a handful. If i could give 0 stars it would be more accurate of a rating

We work very hard to maintain loyalty with our staff and actually have an abundance of leaders that have grown with the company over the past 5-years, and many hourly employees who have been with us just as long. However, I know that is not the experience for everyone and I am sorry you feel there are so many cons with the company.
