Excellent company - Security Officer Lantz Security Employee Review

Pay is not bad. Plenty of hours. Great for self starters, if you don't need managers to tell you every move to make, this is a great job.

Does not pay overtime correctly, if you work a double shift that goes past midnite, they count as different day, therefore, no overtime. Employees that are late or constantly calling off are not disciplined.

The only thing I can say about this company that is in anyway shape or form a pro is when I started at the beginning of this year this company had some promise. Then it went all down hill. Everyone that was hired before and after me has quit.

They do not pay correct wages and sometimes they don't pay you at all. They continue to make the same mistakes with payroll and always give the same excuse " We wouldn't be in business if we didn't pay our employees". The management falsifies documents and there is no discipline for people that call off all the time or are late. I am amazed this company is still in business...
