Thanks for your work with Language Trainers, we offer competitive salaries for the language training industry and what we cannot do in terms of higher payments for full-time employees (its a very competitive industry unfortunately), we definitely aim to make up for in terms of flexibility - many employees travel with their job, working remotely from their laptops, we guarantee that nobody has to work on their birthday, and we are generally able to accommodate staff needs (time off for family/personal reasons) even at such short notice as other staff are always happy to cover, knowing that someone will cover for them too. We also help with personal loans to staff who have been with us for over a year, when there are exceptional personal reasons.
