Pros
Landscape Development is a company with a wonderful culture, full of employees that are passionate about their jobs and the landscape industry. Everyone at LDI is truly dedicated to designing, building, and maintaining outdoor environments for others to enjoy. The common purpose at LDI is to "provide peace of mind and to make their client's lives easier." LDI also does this for their own employees. It is a great place to grow and learn from others in a very collaborative environment. Landscape Development provides in depth training to all employees to make sure they are successful. I could not imagine working anywhere else.
Cons
The construction industry is very cyclical and challenging. Recessions can make the contracting profession a tough place to be employed. With hard work, you can get through anything with the strength of the employees and friends that surround you at LDI.
